Your Role

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you'll partner with our clients to ensure their ongoing success. You will manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, cultivate new business from existing clients, and actively pursue new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on understanding and meeting the needs of both existing and new customers
  • Address requests from customers and prospective clients
  • Guarantee timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet customer objectives
  • Foster relationships with existing customers by consistently proposing solutions that align with their goals
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction
  • Drive sales growth and oversee the sales process through order, delivery, and collection follow-ups
  • Anticipate client needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Maintain the customer database, updating profiles and preparing monthly reports
  • Collaborate with the Financial Department and Fleet Management Business Unit
