YOUR SKILLSMaster's degree in finance or business administration from a recognized university, preferably with a focus on investment banking or corporate finance. Ideally 2-4 years of relevant work experience in the M&A field, preferably within the energy or renewable energy sector. Solid understanding of business models and market dynamics across the renewable energy sector is advantageous. Excellent analytical and technical financial skills, with substantial experience in financial modeling. Experience in managing complex projects and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven M&A Manager (m/f/x) for our office in Vienna.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and the M&A team in taking a leading role in the day-to-day operations of M&A projects and ongoing transactions.

  • Aid in identifying and evaluating acquisition and divestiture opportunities, as well as other internal M&A initiatives.

  • Support the preparation of acquisition or divestiture proposals for the CCE Investment Committee.

  • Assist in conducting and managing buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes with financial, tax, legal, technology, and other advisors, along with relevant internal departments.

  • Review or prepare marketing and transaction documents such as teasers, information memoranda, process letters, (non-)binding offers, letters of intent, and purchase agreements.

  • Support negotiations related to ongoing transactions, including valuations and structuring, while coordinating with various departments within the CCE Group (e.g., Finance, Legal, Asset Development, and relevant country departments).

  • Assist in relationship management concerning investors and external advisors (e.g., financial advisors, legal advisors, market and technical consultants) for initiating and managing transactions.
