The Junior/Mid-Level Projects Solutions Engineer position is part of the OBD Program team. This role focuses on growing technical skills, gaining product knowledge, and helping to enhance the OBD program’s features and performance.

Main responsibilities

Investigate and resolve complex HelpDesk tickets that require detailed technical analysis, collaborating with cross-functional specialists and escalating to R&D or other teams when necessary.
Take part in program sprint planning and team discussions to drive progress.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to make the OBD Program more efficient and user-friendly.
Analyze recurring technical issues and create internal knowledge base articles to support troubleshooting.
Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to enhance system performance.
Ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and service levels remain high.

Requirements

Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
