THE ROLE

As a Junior Operations Analyst within the Central Europe Regional Team, your primary responsibility will be to execute daily operations that enhance fleet availability, ensure customer satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency in your region. You will manage a set of local depots and collaborate with their respective teams.

Your role will involve overseeing the execution of end-to-end processes, including real estate expansion projects, daily property management, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and building a network of partners.

Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, your contributions will be critical to our operational success. You will coordinate with team members and local operations, with your actions directly impacting overall results.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Become an expert in local operational procedures and assist in their evolution and adaptation to your region.
Support regional and local operations leadership in achieving operational goals.
Act as the primary regional contact, maintaining relationships with local partners and suppliers to ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet established standards, including real estate, laundry services, gas suppliers, and local cleaning service providers.
Execute replenishment procedures for regional stock as required.
