Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, Civil, or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.0-3 years of experience in automotive Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, or Product Quality. Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and the Supplier Quality Manual. Proficient in statistical data analysis, metrology principles, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies. Knowledge of defect resolution processes and escalation procedures. Understanding of metrology principles, statistical analysis, and process control techniques. A solid grasp of vehicle design, assembly processes, and quality control measures. Experience with tooling and in-plant operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Aptitude for developing actionable plans and driving process improvements.

Join our dynamic quality team as a Junior Quality Vehicle Analyst in the automotive sector, where your contributions will play a vital role in achieving project quality objectives, managing timelines, and ensuring a smooth transition to high-quality mass production.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Validating product and process designs at the geometric level within your designated scope, including managing Quality Assurance Fixtures.
- Collaborating on the development of geometric monitoring plans for the assembly line.
- Overseeing the alignment of geometric quality during the industrialization phase prior to mass production.
- Reporting and addressing component and assembly quality issues, actively engaging in resolving design, part conformity, and manufacturing challenges.
- Conducting thorough analyses to identify quality optimization strategies, defining pilots for each issue, and facilitating communication to ensure adherence to BCI Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Interpreting part dimensional data to resolve interior fit and finish concerns.
- Coordinating activities with various departments such as HMI, Corporate Quality, Supplier Quality, and Perceived Quality related to Interior Execution.
- Delivering high-level presentations utilizing proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with exceptional communication skills.
