3e is seeking a Junior SaaS Engineer to join the team in Brussels. This role centers on supporting and improving the SynaptiQ platform, a solution for renewable energy clients. The position involves a mix of technical support, product improvement, and client interaction, with opportunities for growth into technical or client-facing roles over time.

Main Responsibilities

Respond to first-level technical inquiries from clients in the renewable energy sector, resolving issues related to PV or BESS, and escalate complex problems to Senior SaaS Engineers as needed.
Support the service delivery team in deploying assets onto the SynaptiQ platform.
Understand client requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
Guide clients in making the most of SynaptiQ’s features.
Share feedback and ideas to help shape the ongoing development and maintenance of the platform.
Implement new features and improvements under the supervision of Senior SaaS Engineers.
Test new features and updates, identify bugs, and assist in their resolution to maintain platform stability.
Follow quality standards to ensure software meets technical and customer expectations.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve second- and third-level technical issues.
Serve as a main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and effective solutions.
Help improve internal processes and documentation, making it easier to transition complex issues from higher-level support to the first-level team.
Suggest and help implement ways to enhance or automate internal tools and processes, and contribute to discussions about the product roadmap.
