Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute unit test cases (JavaScript and related technologies)
Adhere to best development practices across the platform
Provide support to fellow developers integrating existing systems with ServiceNow
Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including at least three full-cycle implementations of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset Management, CMDB, and ITOM
Create comprehensive technical design documents and associated documentation
Possess knowledge of web technologies (XML, HTML, etc.)
Implement HRSD/CSM modules within ServiceNow
