Are you eager to contribute to vital national security efforts? T-Rex Solutions is seeking a dedicated Junior System Administrator with an active security clearance to join our innovative team in Fort Meade, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. Manage the IT system infrastructure and processes associated with these systems. Provide support for daily operations, monitoring, and problem resolution across client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices. Deliver Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for issue identification, diagnosis, and resolution. Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers. Support the dispatch system and actively engage in resolving hardware problems. Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load system software, troubleshoot issues, maintain system integrity, and optimize network components along with implementing enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
