Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze client activities across TransPerfect's technology platforms; effectively troubleshoot issues, respond to client inquiries, and escalate to engineering teams as necessary.
- Assist the sales team during initial client engagements by collecting technical requirements and proposing possible solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, contributing to the documentation of technical needs and integration strategies.
- Support the implementation of client solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations and integrations with web-based tools.
- Maintain and update both internal and external documentation regarding product features and client setups.
- Engage in product demonstrations and training sessions focused on TransPerfect's tools and technologies.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Development, and Production teams to ensure accurate delivery of client specifications.
- Gather user feedback to assist in enhancing product features and overall usability.
