Monitor and analyze client activities across TransPerfect's technology platforms; effectively troubleshoot issues, respond to client inquiries, and escalate to engineering teams as necessary.
Assist the sales team during initial client engagements by collecting technical requirements and proposing possible solutions.
Participate in client meetings, contributing to the documentation of technical needs and integration strategies.
Support the implementation of client solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations and integrations with web-based tools.
Maintain and update both internal and external documentation regarding product features and client setups.
Engage in product demonstrations and training sessions focused on TransPerfect's tools and technologies.
