Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze client interactions across TransPerfect’s technology platforms; troubleshoot issues, address client inquiries, and escalate to engineering teams as necessary.
Collaborate with the sales team during initial client engagements by collecting technical requirements and identifying viable solutions.
Participate in client meetings to document technical specifications and integration strategies.
Assist in the deployment of client solutions, including setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) and integrating web-based tools.
Update and maintain comprehensive internal and external documentation regarding product features and client configurations.
Engage in product demonstrations and training sessions on TransPerfect’s tools and technologies.
Work collaboratively with Product, Development, and Production teams to ensure precise execution of client requirements.
Collect user feedback and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing product features and overall usability.
