Your Responsibilities:Drive revenue growth and enhance market share within assigned agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and meet strategic goals. Build and nurture client relationships to facilitate revenue expansion. Design and implement account strategies in collaboration with the account team to present compelling value propositions. Monitor client interactions using internal systems to execute account strategies and uncover additional opportunities. Foster customer relationships, ensuring effective service delivery. Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding their business and workflows, and develop a robust network within accounts. Collaborate with specialists as needed to provide expert insights. Your Contribution:
As the Key Account Executive for our Top 1200 law enforcement agencies, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling Axon’s products and services. This is an external, quota-carrying field role that necessitates the ability to convey complex solutions, foster and sustain senior-level relationships, navigate various customer agencies and procurement procedures, and guide the Axon team towards success. You will provide technical and administrative product information, conduct demonstrations, and offer product training.
