Join our dynamic sales team as a Key Account Executive or Key Account Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the BFSI and Government services sectors.

Candidate Profile: We seek individuals with a strong background in the BFSI domain, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience for KAE roles in Mumbai and 6-8 years for KAM roles in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Individual contributor role with significant sales potential.
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Development and Key Account Management.
- Proficient in selling within the BFSI domain.
- Experience in Solution & Service Sales across various banking sectors, including Corporate, Nationalized, Cooperative, and Investment Banks, with a focus on building relationships at the CxO level.
- Management and mining of large accounts.
- Sales experience in testing services within the BFSI domain is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting defined sales targets, including IS Audit, GRC, and Testing solutions for corporates in the BFSI/Capital Market.
- Strong negotiation skills and awareness of current trends, government policies, regulations, and competitive developments in the industry.
- Research new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans and presentations for prospective clients.
- Ensure transparent reporting of sales activities.
- Self-motivated individual who excels in relationship building.
- Experience handling large tenders and deal values.
- Familiarity with Tender Management.
