Manage and enhance revenue and market share within designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and meet strategic goals. Establish and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth. Develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with the account team to present compelling value propositions. Monitor customer activities in internal systems to implement account strategies and identify further opportunities. Foster customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts. Prioritize customer satisfaction, understand their business and workflows, and develop the appropriate contact network within accounts. Collaborate with experts/specialists as necessary. Oversee and stay informed about all account activities within your portfolio.

Your Impact:
The Key Account Leader at Axon will be responsible for driving sales of Axon products and services to law enforcement agencies within our top 1,200 accounts. This role entails a quota-carrying, external field position that requires the ability to explain complex solutions, develop and sustain relationships with senior-level stakeholders, navigate customer agencies and procurement processes, and lead the Axon team towards successful outcomes. You will also provide technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and training.
