As an Associate Key Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, steering the entire process, which involves cross-functional collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. Your role will also focus on fostering robust partnerships with brands, marketplaces, and various channels to drive significant business growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing rapid e-commerce sales growth of major brands through online marketplaces (such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, 11 Street, JD Central, etc.) and their dedicated webstores.
- Creating and executing impactful promotional campaigns aimed at boosting client sales.
- Ensuring optimal product presentation and visibility across all online platforms.
- Advising clients on their e-commerce strategies, focusing on merchandising, promotion planning, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal teams (including tech, warehouse, marketing) and external partners (marketplaces).
