Position Summary:

The Key Account Manager plays a vital role in supporting Braeburn's mission by educating Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) about our innovative products and the resources available for patient access. This position ensures that HCPs are well-equipped with clinical knowledge and product acquisition strategies to make informed treatment decisions for their patients.

The Key Account Manager will work towards achieving sales objectives by effectively communicating product-related information and access support in alignment with company policies. This role requires a focus on delivering sales targets while providing education on payer policies and reimbursement processes.

The ideal candidate will exhibit skills such as Accountability, Adaptability, Business Acumen, Judgement, Collaboration, Problem Solving, Account Management, Sense of Urgency, Decision Making, and Integrity. Experience within complex distribution models, including Specialty Pharmacy and direct distribution, is essential.

All activities must be conducted in accordance with Braeburn's policies and code of conduct.

Specific Duties:

  • Meet and exceed planned goals related to patient access and product objectives within the designated geography.
  • Exhibit mastery of sales competencies, including Business Acumen by analyzing data to plan and execute territory activities effectively.
