Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in structuring large deals and adeptly negotiating with senior leaders, including CXOs, CHROs, L&D Heads, and Business Heads. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience. The following qualifications are essential: Experience in selling learning and training solutions to large enterprise clients. Experience in HR & OD (Organizational Development) solutioning. Proficiency in Sales Process, Solution Selling, Concept Sales, Account Management, Cross Selling, and Upselling. Excellent Communication, Presentation, Proposal Writing, and Negotiation Skills.
