The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in structuring large-scale deals and adeptly negotiating with senior organizational leaders (CXOs, CHROs, L&D Heads, L&D Managers, and Business Heads). A graduate or post-graduate degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in:First Preference: Selling learning and training solutions to large enterprise clients across diverse industries. Second Preference: Selling HR & OD (Organizational Development) solutions to large enterprise clients across various sectors. Key skills include Sales Process Management, Solution Selling, Concept Sales, Account Management, as well as Cross-Selling and Upselling. Additionally, strong Communication, Presentation, Proposal Writing, and Negotiation skills are essential.
