AbbVie is expanding its team and is currently seeking talented individuals for the position of Key Account Manager focusing on the Gastrointestinal line. This role is ideal for candidates residing in Katowice.

The Key Account Manager’s responsibilities will cover multiple regions within Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively promote assigned products within the designated territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and billing departments, reinforcing AbbVie’s image as a provider of high-quality health solutions and services.
  • Achieve set sales targets.
  • Participate in additional projects within the company.
  • Implement marketing strategies while actively utilizing promotional materials.
  • Monitor competitive activities in the market and share insights with the team and direct supervisor.
  • Actively track tenders in all hospitals within the assigned area based on publicly available information.
  • Regularly review the utilization of contracts across all hospitals in the therapeutic area, leveraging public information and NFZ reports.
  • Adhere to the promotional budget as per company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with external clients and engage them in company projects within the region/product group.
  • Co-organize promotional initiatives, workshops, conferences, and congresses in the assigned region, while supporting central initiatives.
  • Manage documentation, information, and communication processes with clients.
  • Prepare the Regional Business Plan and discuss it regularly with the supervisor.
  • Be open to structural changes prompted by strategic requirements.
  • Timely account for expenses and initiate necessary actions in compliance with company policies.
