Your Responsibilities

→ Establish and nurture long-term, trust-based client relationships.

→ Strategically develop existing clients and identify new potential opportunities.

→ Advise our clients on the advancement of their digital business processes.

→ Manage and coordinate client requirements between customers, development, support, and project teams.

→ Prepare and align proposals for new features, extensions, or projects.

→ Conduct strategy meetings, alignment sessions, and economic reviews with clients.

→ Analyze the economic development of your accounts (e.g., effort, revenue, growth potential).

→ Serve as the first-level contact for client support issues:

– Evaluate and perform initial analysis of inquiries.

– Resolve simple issues.

– Structured escalation to our second-level support team.

→ Ensure transparent communication between clients and internal teams.

Your Role in the Team

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the strategic contact for our clients.

You will understand their business processes, recognize development potentials, and coordinate the implementation of new solutions with our teams.
