Qualifications
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Key Account / Customer ManagementManage customer needs ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Respond swiftly and effectively to changing customer requirements and market conditions. Oversee customer accounts, ensuring credit status is maintained and cash collections are effective. Prevent contract terminations and enhance customer retention rates. Meet Key Accounts KPIs. Facilitate effective communication between customers and cross-functional teams to meet expectations. Adhere to standard processes, procedures, and quality standards. Monitor competitor activities and implement countermeasures. Promote company products and services effectively. Address customer complaints promptly in line with company policy. People ManagementConduct weekly Key Account alignment meetings. Ensure the KA team understands company objectives and policies. Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams and managers. Engage in continuous personal development through study, association memberships, and training. Credit ManagementDrive cash collection efforts to meet DSO targets. Maintain customer credit within the business’s targeted guidelines. Ensure team compliance with agreed credit management policies. Customer Care ServiceProvide exceptional customer care through the Customer Contact Strategy. Enhance customer relationships through regular visits and feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic customer solutions.
