Role Purpose

To manage and expand international strategic accounts, primarily within the United States market, ensuring long-term relationships, business growth, and effective implementation of technology solutions and consulting services offered by the corporation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients (Key Accounts) in the USA.

  • Identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and upselling within assigned accounts.

  • Gather customer needs and articulate solutions with technical, commercial, and delivery teams.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service renewals.

  • Oversee project execution, ensuring satisfaction, compliance, and value delivery.

  • Create strategic account plans and performance reports.

  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and international business visits.

Profile Requirements

Degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, International Business, Systems, or related fields (preferred).

Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar commercial roles.
Experience managing corporate or enterprise clients, ideally in technology, consulting, or B2B services.
