Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Quito, Ecuador
Target Market: United States
Work Model: On-site / Hybrid (depending on operations)
Role Purpose
To manage and expand international strategic accounts, primarily within the United States market, ensuring long-term relationships, business growth, and effective implementation of technology solutions and consulting services offered by the corporation.
Key Responsibilities
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients (Key Accounts) in the USA.
Identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and upselling within assigned accounts.
Gather customer needs and articulate solutions with technical, commercial, and delivery teams.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service renewals.
Oversee project execution, ensuring satisfaction, compliance, and value delivery.
Create strategic account plans and performance reports.
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and international business visits.
Profile Requirements
Degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, International Business, Systems, or related fields (preferred).
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar commercial roles.
Experience managing corporate or enterprise clients, ideally in technology, consulting, or B2B services.
Advanced/Fluent English (essential) – for meetings, negotiations, and presentations with US clients.
Valid US visa (mandatory).
Strong skills in negotiation, strategic relationship management, and deal closure.
Ability to coordinate internal teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to the United States.
