Key Account Manager - Whitelabel Partnerships
Ebury London - Office based
A new opportunity has arisen within our expanding Whitelabel team. As a Key Account Manager, you will manage an existing portfolio and drive its growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular meetings with client directors to review performance
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current Whitelabel Partners
- Generate additional revenue for our partners and provide training on Ebury's products and capabilities
- Collaborate with Ebury teams to uphold service standards for our partners
- Work alongside the sales team to cultivate new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Ebury AML processes
- Provide feedback to Ebury to enhance processes and systems for our partners and clients
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization, preferably with a background in FX
- Experience working with a network of Whitelabel partners or Program Managers
- A degree in business or finance is preferred
