As a Key Holder at Comoto, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience. You will cultivate a deep understanding of our products, enabling you to provide detailed information on features and benefits to both customers and team members. Your role will encompass a comprehensive knowledge of all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, processing returns and store credits, managing special orders, and delegating tasks among Sales Associates.
