What We’re Looking For:Over 1 year of experience as a Key Holder or in a Sales Lead role, or equivalent experience in retail. At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience. A self-motivated individual who consistently provides a personalized retail experience. A willingness to learn and engage with the riding community. Proficiency with computers and POS systems, preferably RetailPro. A passion for motorcycles or knowledge of the industry is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
