Kia Retailers are excited to welcome skilled and dedicated military Veterans to embark on a rewarding career as a Kia Certified Service Technician. This opportunity is part of the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), specially designed to support our heroes in transitioning into civilian roles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, covering essential systems such as engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical components.
  • Complete repair orders and warranty requests in line with established Kia and Retailer policies and procedures.
  • Conduct test drives and utilize Kia diagnostic strategies, special equipment, and tools to analyze and address vehicle issues.
  • Perform services, diagnostics, and repairs promptly while collaborating effectively with the shop foreman and service advisor to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
