Preferred QualificationsExperience:Proven experience as an educator working with students from demographics similar to those in our KIPP Public Schools Northern California community. Education:B. A./B. S. degree from an accredited institution. Meet one of the following eligibility criteria:Possess a valid teaching credential in the relevant subject area;Eligibility for a Provisional Internship Permit;Eligibility for a Short Term Staff Permit. Skills:Strong commitment to the mission and vision of KIPP. Dedication to being an anti-racist educator. Belief in the potential of all students to achieve at the highest academic levels. Strong content knowledge in the relevant subject area. Excellent relationship-building skills with students, families, and communities. Effective communication skills with students, families, and colleagues. Proficient in Google Suite applications (Google Classroom, Hangouts, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
