We prioritize smart, targeted engagement over generic tactics.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a robust top-of-funnel pipeline through strategic outbound efforts (email, calls, LinkedIn, referrals).Acquire an in-depth understanding of VITL’s products, clinic workflows, and key value propositions to conduct initial discovery conversations effectively.Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to relay field insights.Ensure meticulous note-taking and maintain pipeline hygiene, as accurate data is crucial.Achieve weekly activity benchmarks and monthly qualified opportunity objectives without fuss—focused solely on results.Innovate with new outreach sequences, messaging strategies, and tactics tailored for specific verticals.Represent the VITL brand with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Qualified Opportunities Generated — the monthly count of sales-accepted, high-probability meetings.Outbound Conversion Rate — the percentage of outbound interactions that lead to genuine conversations and qualified opportunities.Pipeline Quality & Hygiene — the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of CRM data; ensuring clarity and eliminating ambiguity.What Success Looks LikeYou consistently generate qualified meetings that lead to conversions—not just filling calendars.You familiarize yourself with the clinic/prescriber landscape and communicate effectively within that context.You approach pipeline management with a craftsman’s mindset, rather than viewing it as a task.You provide valuable insights that help refine our product, pricing, and market positioning.You facilitate ease for Sales, enhance Marketing strategies, and accelerate the company's overall performance.
