Our innovative architecture is built upon silicon photonics, enabling us to harness advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes in collaboration with partners like GlobalFoundries. This technology allows us to produce billions of chips efficiently, capitalizing on the unique advantages of photonics, including immunity to electromagnetic interference and seamless integration with existing cryogenic cooling and fiber-optic infrastructure.
In 2024, PsiQuantum embarked on government-backed projects to establish our first utility-scale quantum computers in Brisbane, Australia, and Chicago, Illinois. These initiatives underscore the growing acknowledgment of quantum computing's strategic and economic importance, signaling an opportune moment for scaling.
We also develop the essential algorithms and software to enhance the commercial viability of these systems. Our application, software, and industry teams collaborate closely with leading Fortune 500 companies, including Lockheed Martin, Mercedes-Benz, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Mitsubishi Chemical, to deliver quantum solutions with real-world implications.
