The Role
We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Label Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in London. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with some of the industry's most recognized family entertainment brands at one of the largest children's record labels globally.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our music releases, ensuring operational excellence, metadata integrity, and effective coordination among creative, marketing, and commercial teams. The ideal candidate brings a robust understanding of digital music platforms and release operations, complemented by strong leadership, process optimization, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Label Operations team to guarantee timely and precise delivery of all music releases and catalog updates.
- Coordinate release programming and scheduling, aligning with marketing initiatives and business priorities.
- Manage metadata and digital asset integrity, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all digital service providers (DSPs) and internal systems.
- Document and uphold workflows, release protocols, and best practice guidelines to foster operational clarity and scalability.
- Act as the primary liaison with our global distribution partner, UMG, addressing all operational and technical aspects associated with releases.
