As a Land Development Specialist at Century Communities, you will play a vital role in supporting our Land Development team. You will handle a variety of administrative projects that are essential to our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Land Development Department with administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and maintaining organized files and records.
- Accurately update and maintain project development budgets as directed by Project Managers.
- Process monthly invoices, including coding and handling pay applications and check requests.
- Manage essential project files, including plats, address maps, construction plans, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and contract exhibits under the guidance of Project Managers.
- Prepare and ensure timely execution of contracts while adhering to signing limit protocols.
- Support and enforce company standards, including those related to internal audits.
- Compile and prepare expense reports.
- Generate monthly reports as required.
- Maintain up-to-date Reimbursable files related to Municipal Utility District (MUD) bond applications.
- Act as the primary liaison for the HOA Management Company regarding maintenance issues, concerns, and customer inquiries. Participate on the HOA Board of Directors as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
