Our growth is supported by esteemed investors such as Hedosophia, Sapphire, Bessemer Venture Partners, BlackRock, Earlybird, HV Capital, Notion Capital, and Motive Ventures.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Upvest’s public relations strategy across Europe, with a primary focus on Germany.Cultivate, maintain, and strengthen direct relationships with leading journalists in business, fintech, and financial services media.Oversee all press office operations, including handling inbound media requests and proactive outreach.Manage press releases, exclusives, background briefings, and media commentary from start to finish.Create and implement thought leadership initiatives in close collaboration with executive leadership.Prepare and support senior spokespeople for interviews, panels, and other media engagements.Strategically leverage events, awards, and significant industry moments to enhance media relationships and narrative visibility.Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of public relations experience, preferably in fintech, finance, investment, or B2B SaaS sectors.Established network of tier-1 media contacts in Germany, and ideally the UK.Demonstrated ability to manage complex PR narratives with strong news judgment and strategic insights.Experience with technical, regulated, or API-driven products.Proven track record in managing senior stakeholders and briefing executives effectively.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong flair for storytelling.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality over quantity.

As a working student, you will provide essential support to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our operations.Your responsibilities will include assisting with invoice recognition and tracking, ensuring invoices are accurately categorized. You will facilitate approval workflows, directing invoices to the relevant stakeholders, and follow up on outstanding invoices, working closely with suppliers and internal teams for prompt resolution. Additionally, you will undertake various administrative tasks that enhance the overall effectiveness of the accounting team.
