To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:- Juris Doctor (J. D.) Degree- Active member of the Bar in any U. S. jurisdiction- Preferred experience in civil litigation, particularly with complex federal cases and jury trials- U. S. Citizenship is required- Candidates must possess a law degree or be currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school with at least two years of study completed, or possess equivalent legal training or experience; candidates with at least two years of progressively responsible experience in litigation support projects are preferred.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with all stages of litigation, specifically related to opioid cases and other significant legal matters handled by our office.
• Supporting trial preparation, litigation tasks, and any additional assignments from attorneys.
• Analyzing documents, transcripts, and files to extract information and evidence pertinent to investigations.
• Utilizing electronic databases for litigation support tasks, including organizing, indexing, tagging, and summarizing documents.
• Conducting database searches for relevant documents and information.
• Resolving technical issues with review platforms and tools.
• Applying necessary redactions to various documents, including audio files.
• Drafting review memos and other legal documents as required.
• Liaising directly with case teams on ongoing litigation efforts.
• Organizing and managing litigation review materials efficiently.
• Using task ticketing software to monitor litigation case support.
