Your Opportunity:
As the 'Lead, Account Management' for the Philippines, you will spearhead regional operations. Your key objectives will include managing a team of account managers and identifying market gaps to ensure premium supply quality while expanding Agoda's presence in the region.
Success in this role requires the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy, strong commercial acumen, a knack for motivating and coaching your team, and the skills to forge profitable long-term partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
