The AI Deployment Management (ADM) team at OpenAI helps organizations realize meaningful, lasting results through OpenAI’s products. The team focuses on structured training, technical support, and scalable deployment programs that move clients from early experimentation to full-scale production. By working closely with businesses, ADM supports the integration and operational use of AI, speeding up value delivery and strengthening OpenAI’s position in daily workflows.

Role Overview: Lead AI Deployment Manager

OpenAI is hiring a Lead AI Deployment Manager in Singapore to guide a team dedicated to helping enterprise clients deploy and adopt OpenAI’s products. This hybrid role combines technical leadership, customer enablement, and team management. The position requires three days per week in the Singapore office, and relocation assistance is available for new hires.

The Lead AI Deployment Manager will build and mentor a group of AI Deployment Managers, designing scalable training programs that enable organizations to operationalize advanced AI across OpenAI’s product suite. Collaboration with Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams is central to ensuring clients have the resources, knowledge, and support needed for successful AI deployment.

Your Responsibilities

Lead Customer Enablement Efforts

  • Develop and manage the technical enablement strategy for products such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and APIs.
  • Oversee customer training services throughout the client journey, from onboarding to ongoing adoption and expansion.
  • Design and deliver programs including enterprise onboarding, developer workshops, executive briefings, and technical bootcamps.
  • Promote customer engagement and sustained usage through structured enablement initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Create scalable training materials, playbooks, and best practices based on learnings from client engagements.

Build and Lead a High-Performing Team

  • Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ongoing improvement within the team.
