Role Overview

We are on the lookout for an AI Lead to spearhead the design, implementation, and expansion of enterprise-grade AI and agentic automation solutions. This position merges hands-on technical leadership with customer-facing pre-sales and solution advisory roles. As the AI Lead, you will manage the complete AI/ML delivery process, lead the creation of agent-based solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot, LangChain, Python, and UiPath's advanced automation stack, while serving as a trusted technical advisor to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

AI & Agentic Solution Delivery

Oversee the comprehensive delivery of AI/ML and agent-based automation projects from initial discovery and design through to build, deployment, and production support.
Design and implement agentic AI solutions using:

Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
LangChain-based frameworks and LLM orchestration
Python-based AI/ML and automation components
UiPath’s next-generation automation and AI tools including Agents, IXP, and Communications Mining

Architect scalable, secure, and governable AI frameworks in accordance with enterprise standards.
Ensure delivery excellence in terms of performance, reliability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Microsoft Copilot & Agent Development

Lead the development of Copilot-based agents integrated with enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, Foundry, custom APIs).
Establish best practices for prompt engineering, agent orchestration, memory management, and tool invocation.
Provide guidance on responsible AI, data governance, and enterprise adoption strategies.
