Roles and Responsibilities:

Delivery & Quality

· Take ownership of application delivery, overseeing the entire process from design, deployment, to ongoing support.

· Ensure strict compliance with coding standards, quality benchmarks, and security protocols.

· Conduct thorough code reviews to validate implementations against approved designs.

· Regularly monitor application performance, reliability, and defect trends.

· Identify potential technical risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Design & Technical Ownership

· Create and maintain comprehensive application-level technical design documents (HLD/LLD).

· Convert business requirements into robust technical solutions.

· Ensure that designs fulfill performance, scalability, and security requirements.

· Maintain up-to-date design documentation throughout the application lifecycle.

Team Leadership & Engineering Execution

· Mentor developers and facilitate onboarding and skill enhancement.

· Oversee task allocation and provide hands-on technical assistance as needed.

· Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Stakeholder Collaboration

· Collaborate closely with business units, project management, and IT operations teams to ensure alignment in delivery objectives.

· Support deployment readiness and maintain operational stability.

· Oversee the entire application delivery process, ensuring timely and reliable software solutions through effective management of development, deployment, and maintenance activities.

· Conduct code reviews and validation to uphold high standards of quality and security in application development.

· Continuously monitor application performance and identify risks, analyzing logs and metrics to enhance system stability.

· Produce and update technical design documents to align development efforts with business objectives.

· Mentor team members, providing training and support to enhance their capabilities and efficiency.

· Work in tandem with various stakeholders to ensure that project delivery aligns with organizational goals.

· Ensure operational readiness through effective coordination of pre-deployment activities.
