Lead Architect for AI Solutions
Join datatonic as a strategic technical leader responsible for designing our cutting-edge AI Solutions, Intellectual Property, and Service Offerings. As part of the Office of the CTO, you will collaborate directly with the Global Head of AI to shape our technical strategy and oversee the roadmap for our enterprise-level AI products.
You will take charge of developing our AI Intellectual Property and internal accelerators while serving as the technical expert and mentor for our engineering hub in Croatia, ensuring that local deliveries meet our global technical and consulting standards.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the development and ownership of a comprehensive roadmap for both internal and external AI solutions, agents, intellectual property, and products.
Collaborate with the Head of AI and OCTO leadership to devise the long-term AI strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment of AI technical capabilities and service offerings with corporate strategic objectives.
Execute the strategy by establishing technical standards, crafting customer offerings, and effectively communicating the vision to the internal team.
Create and define internal/external accelerators and reusable frameworks to enhance our service delivery capabilities, thereby reinforcing our status as industry leaders. This includes tasks such as developing and deploying agents to expedite delivery, creating delivery frameworks, architectures, and reusable code templates.
