Essential Qualifications:Experience in designing audio signal processing and preprocessing algorithms (AGC, AEC, NR). Understanding or experience related to voice recognition and signal separation. Proficiency in signal processing and algorithm implementation languages such as MATLAB, Python, or C/C++. Experience with DSP development and debugging skills. Project management experience in production settings, including timeline management and requirements analysis. Strong collaboration and communication skills within teams and with external partners. Background in automotive audio system development or similar domains. Research or application experience in acoustic technology in multi-microphone environments. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in voice signal processing utilizing machine learning or deep learning techniques. Development and tuning experience of voice recognition systems (e.g., wake-up word detection). Experience in researching and implementing acoustic scenarios using external microphones for vehicles. Collaboration experience with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers. Experience in validating and quality control of audio systems during production stages. Proven ability to make clear technical decisions and work effectively with team members and external vendors.

You will set strategic directions and lead a team dedicated to delivering optimized voice recognition and sound quality solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in internalizing preprocessing technologies (such as AEC, AGC, NR) and customizing tuning processes to provide tailored solutions for OEM vehicles, ensuring project timelines and quality targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize core audio signal processing algorithms, including AGC, AEC, and NR.
  • Develop signal processing solutions adapted to various vehicle conditions.
  • Advance seat-specific voice recognition and signal separation technologies based on multi-microphone data to enhance recognition accuracy.
  • Create scalable algorithms suitable for diverse seating arrangements and environments.
  • Support tuning and optimization of preprocessing technologies for specific OEM vehicles.
  • Manage production project timelines and quality milestones, addressing technical requirements efficiently.
  • Conduct signal quality testing, debugging, and system stabilization.
  • Reduce reliance on outsourced solutions by fostering internal technical capabilities.
  • Ensure continuous maintenance and enhancement of technologies post-production.
