Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs, prioritizing reliability, security, and maintainability.
Develop and sustain backend services utilizing suitable technology stacks, focusing on clean architecture and API-driven designs.
Create and manage REST and GraphQL APIs to facilitate headless frontends and system integrations.
Enhance database schemas, queries, and caching strategies for optimal performance and scalability in high-traffic environments.
Implement backend security best practices, including authentication, authorization, data protection, and vulnerability management.
Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and performance optimization in cloud setups.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication between systems.
Lead and engage in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
Promote and reinforce Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Diagnose and resolve complex backend and integration issues effectively.
