Job Description

This is a remote role.

We are seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to take charge of the technical direction of Gateway HR while ensuring its robust integration with GXM. This role combines hands-on platform development with technical leadership of external development teams. You will evolve the architecture, create innovative features, and uphold HSP's engineering standards across the codebase.

This position is not purely managerial; you will actively write code, review pull requests, evaluate architectural decisions, and deliver features while also raising the bar on engineering excellence.
