Design scalable KPI dashboards in Apache Superset for executives and team members, allowing for self-service data exploration. Establish a governed metrics layer and semantic definitions to ensure a unified source of truth across teams. Utilize templating and parameterization to make dashboards applicable by region, app, device class, and cohort. Align on schemas, SLAs, and data contracts to enhance pipeline reliability and query performance.
