We are in the process of modernizing our data landscape and are excited to invite a Lead Business Intelligence Developer to influence the future of reporting, modeling, and data governance within our expanding fintech environment.
What You Will Lead and Deliver:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing data models and delivering top-notch reporting solutions, steering the strategic direction of business intelligence across the Bank. You will excel in creating high-quality reporting solutions using your core toolkits: Power BI, DAX for models and visualization, and SQL for data extraction. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus as it is part of our short-term roadmap. Your focus will be on enhancing data governance and reporting standards, making a significant impact on our organization.
Your expertise in data model design will be crucial, as you collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate source data and reporting requirements into insightful models. You will demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, ensuring clear plans and timely delivery.
As a leader, you will guide a team of two Business Intelligence Analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth within the team.
