About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Commercial Counsel to act as the primary legal architect for Patch’s commercial operations. In this critical position, you will oversee all commercial legal aspects, including the structuring and negotiation of complex, high-value enterprise agreements at the intersection of software, finance, and climate commodities. This high-visibility role allows you to collaborate closely with leadership across Sales, Supply, and Climate Strategy to drive revenue and establish the legal framework for our rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Commercial Contracting – Collaborate closely with our Chief Revenue Officer, sales teams, and other go-to-market functions.
Executive Advice – Translate complex legal risks into actionable business decisions for the executive team.
Create Commercial Playbooks – Develop resources that enhance contracting workflows and boost go-to-market efficiency.
Innovate Contract Templates – Design unique templates for the environmental commodities market to clarify our positioning and value.
Establish a Risk and Compliance Framework – Work together with our Head of Finance to manage intricate enterprise partnerships.
