In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our analytics initiatives within the operations teams, who are dedicated to supporting our customers, screening for criminal activities, and verifying identities on a large scale.
Your insights will be crucial as you work closely with operational leads, as well as teams in workforce management, quality assurance, training, and knowledge management, to implement meaningful changes for our customers and advance our mission.
Here’s how you will contribute:
- Capacity Planning and Forecasting: Build and refine analytical models for strategic capacity planning, taking ownership of forecasting to align with business growth.
- Data Pipeline Management: Ensure the reliability and accuracy of data pipelines, taking charge of maintaining and improving data flow.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement models to predict outcomes and perform analyses that identify key drivers, optimize processes, and enhance strategic planning.
- Operational Health Analysis: Provide insights to evaluate the operational health of KYC/FinCrime functions, conduct cost analyses, and explore operational metrics to assess customer experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Track and monitor key strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization to improve operational outcomes.
- KPI Development: Lead the implementation of the operations KPI framework, integrating this within reporting pipelines and strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to standardize processes across forecasting, scheduling, and operations, promoting continuous improvement.
