MUST HAVE:5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, particularly within fast-paced, cloud-native environments. Proficient in Python, SQL, Docker, and AWS (S3, Glue, Kinesis, Athena/Presto). Demonstrated experience in developing and overseeing scalable ETL pipelines and data lake architectures. Familiarity with distributed systems and Spark, along with best practices in data quality management. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively support BI, analytics, and engineering teams. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of data engineering experience in an AWS-centric environment where data informs decision-making across product, marketing, and operations.
