About the Role
As a Lead Developer at Reaktor, you will be instrumental in guiding your team through the full software development lifecycle. Your leadership will ensure successful project outcomes while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, addressing queries and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate effectively with client tech and business teams, facilitating communication among stakeholders to guarantee excellence in delivery.
Develop and implement new features across front-end applications, back-end servers, and databases, ensuring the necessary infrastructure is in place to support your team.
Enhance team performance by empowering members to explore optimal workflows and achieve a healthy work-life balance.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing collaboration.
Support your team in adopting and adhering to agile methodologies.
Who You Are
You are an adept developer who thrives on tackling technical challenges and excels at providing clarity in uncertain situations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of eight years of diverse experience across back-end, front-end, and operations.
Strong grasp of agile project management principles.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and consulting roles.
Proven capability in collaborating with multiple client stakeholders to resolve complex challenges.
Familiarity with at least one widely-used server-side programming language, with a preference for TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js, though Java/Scala/Kotlin, Clojure, and Python are also considered.
Strong knowledge of at least one client-side language and framework, preferably TypeScript/JavaScript with React, and mobile frameworks such as Swift, Java/Scala/Kotlin, or React-native.
Competency in creating new back-end services and managing CI/CD pipelines as required by projects.
Familiarity with database management, particularly PostgreSQL.
