About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Perception Team Lead to guide our team in developing advanced Perception pipelines across various modalities (EO/IR, Radar), with potential expansion into Acoustics, Passive RF, and Sonar applications. This software will be utilized in real-world scenarios for government and defense purposes. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and facilitate collaboration with peer teams, ensuring effective integration into broader systems while adhering to best practices in software design and development. Responsibilities also include managing and executing the technical roadmap for the Perception pipelines and the Perception Autonomy service, which encompasses various perception-related functionalities (e.g., camera scanning, slew and cue, object tracking, adaptive EMCON modes, multi-track custody, and sensor track handoff). Please note that this position does not involve training ML models but focuses on integrating pre-trained models into the pipelines.
