Software: Proficiency in CAESAR II and SP3D/AVEVA E3D software. Knowledge: In-depth expertise in SAES, SAMSS, ASME B31.3, API, and ASTM standards. Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities in multicultural environments. Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Other: Willingness to undertake long-term overseas assignments; demonstrating high integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

Oversee and guide all piping design activities including layout, materials, stress analysis, and supports.
Review and endorse essential deliverables such as P&IDs, Piping Class Sheets, General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), Isometrics, and Stress Reports.
Tackle intricate technical and coordination challenges across engineering disciplines.
Champion design quality, constructability, and cost efficiency.

2. Standards & Compliance

Guarantee full compliance with SAES, SAMSS, and international codes such as ASME B31.3, API, and ASTM.
Align company procedures with client specifications.

3. Discipline Coordination

Collaborate effectively with Process, Equipment, Structural, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Civil engineering teams.
Deliver piping load information, evaluate nozzle orientations, and support 3D model reviews at various project stages (30%, 60%, 90%).

4. Client & Vendor Management

Lead technical discussions with clients to secure design approvals.
Review and authorize vendor documents for critical piping components including valves, fittings, and supports.

5. Team & Quality Management

Provide mentorship and management to piping designers and stress engineers.
Implement QA/QC procedures and proactively address technical risks.
