We are in search of a skilled Enterprise Architecture (EA) Lead to provide cross-domain governance, assurance, and architectural frameworks across our digital solutions, ultimately benefiting our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage an enterprise architecture implementation plan that aligns with business and IT strategies.
- Advocate for enterprise architecture as a strategic enabler and support for technological innovation that enhances organizational performance.
- Establish EA-as-a-Service capabilities to foster enterprise architecture across various sectors.
- Implement the enterprise architecture plan using a business-led approach, creating business cases to secure funding.
- Assess and enhance architectural maturity through gap analysis, providing both internal and external consultancy.
- Compile architecture libraries of capabilities, skills, and technology inventory, while addressing skills gaps.
- Design effective organizations by building value streams and leveraging viable system models.
- Oversee EA governance, continuous improvement, and refine practices to influence portfolio and program management.
- Document all architecture artifacts and analyses, demonstrating their value through ROI.
- Support the Technology Leadership Team in fostering relationships with business units and clients to drive critical digital projects.
