Qualifications

Full ownership of the Salesforce partner data model, including the Account object schema, custom fields, picklist governance, validation rules, and record types. Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and Enterprise Systems to manage changes on partner-specific objects within the shared Salesforce environment. Administration of the partner platform stack, which includes the partner portal, Skilljar-to-Salesforce integration, partner dashboard, and access entitlement layer based on partner tier and status. Establish and uphold a partner data quality standard, implementing completeness and accuracy checks, monitoring, and remediation to provide Partner Strategy and Operations with a trustworthy dataset on a regular basis. Collaborate with the Business Process Manager to ensure that all partner processes are instrumented for queryability, tracking metrics such as cycle times, queue depth, and SLA adherence. Manage access and configuration governance for partner systems, including change management on the partner object, sandbox-to-production discipline, and permission-set hygiene, in coordination with Legal and Security for data handling requirements.
